About
Quantum Acoustics
Advancing acoustic science through exclusive IP development and strategic licensing.
Our Mission
Quantum Acoustics was established to develop, protect, and strategically license breakthrough discoveries in acoustic physics. Our work spans three interconnected theoretical frameworks — acoustic cavitation, acoustic nucleation, and cymatic nucleation field theory — each representing a distinct proprietary contribution to the science of sound-matter interaction.
Our mission is to translate empirically demonstrated acoustic physics breakthroughs into licensed IP accessible to defense contractors, government research agencies, and university research institutions — under structured, NDA-protected engagements that preserve the integrity and exclusivity of our trade-secret portfolio.
Founder
James Palomares
Inventor & Researcher
James Palomares is the inventor of the acoustic cavitation, acoustic nucleation, and cymatic nucleation field theories, and the designer of the CAG prototype device. His experimental work produced the empirical proof of concept — novel material allotropes formed through acoustic field manipulation — that validates the underlying theoretical frameworks.
His research spans the intersection of acoustic physics, materials science, and advanced manufacturing, with applications extending into defense systems, biomedical technology, and next-generation programmable matter research.
IP Portfolio
Acoustic Cavitation Theory
Proprietary theoretical framework governing the controlled formation, collapse, and energy release of acoustic cavitation events.
Acoustic Nucleation Theory
A proprietary framework describing the acoustic induction of nucleation events in materials — enabling controlled phase transitions and allotrope formation through sound.
Cymatic Nucleation Field Theory
The foundational theory enabling acoustic programmable matter — structured sound fields that organize and restructure matter at the material level.
CAG — Cymatic Acoustic Generator
A working prototype device embodying the Cymatic Nucleation Field Theory. Demonstrated novel material allotrope formation as empirical proof of concept.
Trade Secret Protection Policy
Trade Secret Maintained
All theories, methodologies, and device implementations are maintained as proprietary trade secrets. No patent applications have been filed — trade secret protection provides maximum IP security.
NDA-Gated Disclosure
Technical documentation, theory details, and device specifications are disclosed exclusively to qualified parties under executed Non-Disclosure Agreement. Submission of a licensing inquiry initiates the qualification and NDA process.
Empirically Validated
The theoretical frameworks are supported by empirical results. The CAG prototype has demonstrated novel material allotrope creation through acoustic field manipulation — real-world proof of concept, not theoretical speculation.
Contact
Licensing inquiries, partnership discussions, and research collaboration requests are handled through our formal inquiry process. All communications involving technical details require NDA execution prior to disclosure.
Begin the Licensing Process
Submit an inquiry to start qualification. NDA execution precedes all technical disclosure.
